What are your lease terms?
We discuss what your specific needs are so that we can tailor your space to suit your situation. You then go through an application process. If you’re renting storage space we provide a month-to-month lease. For all other spaces we have you sign a 1-year lease that is renewed each year on the anniversary of the signing. We require a 90-day notice for vacating.
What if I need to scale back my space?
We can accommodate your changing needs by decreasing your space, but it can sometimes mean moving locations within the building.
What if I outgrow my space?
We are always happy to see businesses in our building grow and we work hard at accommodating your space requirements. Expanding your space could simply mean knocking down a wall, but it sometimes requires moving locations within the building.
What are your hours?
Office hours are M – F, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm.
We have a maintenance crew on staff from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Saturday. After hours, Sundays and holidays we have contract on site security that monitors the building with hourly rounds.
Can I access my space during non-business hours?
You have access to your space 24/7.
