Carlotta Miller, winner of Watercolor Wisconsin 2016, will be featured in the upstairs gallery at Re:Vision Gallery in Kenosha throughout the month of February.
A reception to celebrate her solo exhibit will be held on the Second Saturday, Feb. 11, from 6 – 9 pm. All are welcome!
